When you send an enquiry, book a viewing, ask for a finance figure or offer a part exchange, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, message and any vehicle registration or mileage you give us.

We do not collect payment details, date of birth, employment details or national insurance numbers through this website.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a viewing or part exchange figure, and, where you ask for finance, to pass your details to a third party lender subject to status.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our own record keeping, and are then deleted or anonymised.
